PRIME: an 8 Week Holiday Nutrition Program designed to help you build healthy habits, maintain your weight through the holidays, and send you into the new year primed for success with your health and fitness goals.
LIFT Training Workout Programming $40/week
As you’ll learn in this program, studies show that resistance training is the most effective form of training when working to build muscle and a faster metabolism, maintain or lose body fat, and is extremely important in maintaining your weight and health long-term.
For that reason, part of this nutrition program includes a requirement to strength train at least 2 times per week to complement the nutrition work we’ll be doing. If you don’t have access to a resistance training program, we’re happy to provide you with one through the same app that you’ll use for this program!
First steps would be to meet with one of our coaches to chat more about your fitness history, goals, and go through an assessment so we make sure we assign you the proper program. I met Jack when I was at a really low point in my fitness and health journey. I needed a reboot and I didn’t quite know how to get there. Jack was just what the doctor ordered. He pushed me to do things on the floor I had no idea I was capable of. I was also recovering from a surgery and even then he was able to modify my workouts. Once I was completely recovered I was lifting weights that I didn’t even know I could. Weights were always something I avoided simply because I didn’t like it, you could say I was the “cardio queen.” Boy, was I wrong, Jack opened up a whole new door for me and changed by body. He also taught me how to count my macros and consistency. I would always feel awful if I had a bad weekend of eating and Jack taught me balance and how to just go back the next day and not starve myself as punishment. Jack is an amazing coach and has tons of knowledge about nutrition and fitness, and no one can make working out as fun as him!
Coach Jack is simply amazing! When I first started at the gym I had no clue about fitness or nutrition but he taught me so much that I will forever be grateful for! He was always there to answer any questions that I might have had and still have! He helped me get an easy nutrition plan in place with all the right macro goals and it was something that is easy to follow and sustainable. Best part is I was able to eat anything as long as it was in my calories and I accounted for it! Made me feel better when I wanted to “cheat” because I actually wasn’t cheating! Coach Jack’s energy was always empowering and motivating! He made every workout enjoyable and fun! Coach Jack wasn’t just my coach; he was my friend who constantly motivated me to be a better version of myself!
I started nutrition coaching with Jess because I needed someone to hold me accountable. Something that was going to be hard for me felt easy, and rewarding. By week 4 of eating the correct amount of calories consistently and not under eating or overeating, making sure that I had enough water intake…I lost 8 lbs and it felt sooo good. She did more than that. With the consistency we have had we are now 8 weeks in and I’m down 15lbs from week 1! So thankful and ready to continue this program.
Nutrition coaching with Jess changed my life! I have always hit the gym, honestly I LOVE working out and how it makes me feel, but my body changed when I finally paired my workouts with nutrition. I was in a place where I felt stuck, and focusing on my nutrition pulled me out of it. My body fat went down and I felt more in control. I finally know what my body needs to change and knowing that is powerful. I feel more in control than I have ever felt in my life.
I have tried every diet throughout the years. Yes, I’ve lost weight. I also put it right back on once I return to my normal eating habits. I’ve worked out for my entire life. I love living an active lifestyle. Now in my mid-forties, reaching my weight loss goals is challenging. Working with Jess on nutrition made it easy. Simplified it. I was no longer on a “diet”, but eating to fuel my workouts and get the best results possible for the work I was putting in. Jess is so easy to work with and really helped change my outlook with my eating habits. I’m not perfect and continue to work on nutrition. Thankfully to Jess, I have a good nutrition base and get back on track so much easier than I ever have in my life!
I met jack a few years ago, he joined our fit body team at West Bloomfield FitBody BootCamp. He was an awesome coach and nutrition coach. He helped me out a lot with fitness and nutrition throughout the years while at FitBody and even till this day.
We spent a lot of time talking nutrition and my goals for what I wanted. Jack also helped me set up a nutrition plan that fit my body and worked for me as I was a bit smaller than others but had goals and areas on my body I wanted to change. Jack helped me see that food isn’t a bad thing along with eating carbs. I was afraid to eat carbs cause I didn’t want to gain weight. Jack taught me what the right carbs were to eat and how much. I’m no longer afraid of eating carbs, I’m no longer afraid of food, food fuels your body. Jack helped me shed unwanted pounds and gained strength. Great coach, thank you Jack.
